NetWorx is a freeware, with the help of NetWorx, you can get a lot information of your network statistics. Here is a brief introduction of the functions NetWorx provides.

Speed Meter
With speed meter, you can monitor network throughput for user-specified periods of time, such as average transfer rate, the maximum transfer rate.

Usage Statistics
It displays the overview of received, sent data for a period. You can specify the period for one day, one week or one month.
Quota
If you reach a percentage of the quota, NetWorx will give you a notification.

Traceroute/Ping
They are two useful commend-line tools for you to test your network, but it is a little difficult for non-IT users to use them, NetWorx allow all of you to use them with GUI.

NetStat
This is really useful, it displays all of the applications with network connections, it also display the remote address.
