Microsoft doesn’t provide free Windows XP for download, I came across a good website and they provide original Windows XP for download, besides, there are multi-lanuguage support, you can download French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean editon of Windows XP with SP3 integrated.
